We currently have a first floor and 2nd floor apartment available in August.
Standard in the apartment is a galley style kitchen with all stainless appliances, including fridge, stove, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. You also have built-tin double garbage can and built-in wine rack. Garbage disposal also included.
Apartment has upgraded lighting throughout the apartment. There is wood flooring in the living/dining area, warm tone ceramic tiling in the kitchen and bathroom, and Berber carpet in the bedroom.
The apartment has ceiling fan in living room and bedroom. Apartment is pre-wired for high speed internet. Washer/Dryer is included. You share no walls with neighbors so less noise and more natural light from large windows.
Master bedroom is very large at 14’ x 12.’ It includes a large closet with customized organizational system for more storage and hanging space.
The first floor option has a large front porch and rear deck. It also has 9’ ceilings. The second level apartment has a large front porch deck and dramatic cathedral ceilings.
Only required utility is electric ($60 - $75/mo on average). Cats OK on both levels. Small dogs Ok on first level.
